Analytics & automationLocktonFrom fragmented business data to a decision someone can use.

The work

Power Query billing automation followed by selected Alteryx adoption; employee-sentiment dashboards in Power BI; and Talent Solutions Voice Lab, a desktop project that brings capture, analysis, editable charts, and branded PowerPoint reporting into one workflow.

The approach

Connect messy inputs, preserve the meaning of the data, and make the output legible. The work spans data preparation, benchmark comparisons, dashboard interfaces, reporting templates, and analyst review.

Project context

My MetLife Power Query workflow reduced reported monthly processing from about nine hours to twenty minutes. The later Alteryx challenge and team adoption were separate stages. I also installed Voice Lab and trained the receiving manager to use the desktop reporting workflow.
