Sandwich shop · fictional concept

Corner Press

A warm neighborhood sandwich-shop identity with a playful menu, category filters, and a clear ordering journey.

01

A neighborhood identity with its own voice

Corner Press is a fictional sandwich-shop concept built around warm typography, playful illustration, and a compact neighborhood feel. The visual direction is carried through the homepage, menu, story, and visit information. It demonstrates a coherent brand experience without borrowing the operational identity of an existing client.

02

Organize around the customer’s task

The site separates menu discovery, party subs, the shop story, gear, careers, and visit planning into focused routes. A visitor can move directly to the information they need instead of scanning one long page. Shared navigation connects those routes, with layouts and controls adapted for small screens.

03

A menu visitors can explore

The menu combines category filters with searchable items so visitors can narrow the selection and compare descriptions. The interface keeps the food and labels prominent while using the brand’s type and illustration for character. Menu content is sample material, and the demonstration does not make claims about real availability or prices.

04

A complete demonstration, safely bounded

The archive retains page navigation, filtering, and the customer journey. Demonstration actions use local fictional behavior, with an archive notice explaining the context. They do not place orders, send career enquiries, charge visitors, or contact a business. The original source is preserved separately from the hosted edition.

05

What this concept demonstrates

My contribution includes the fictional identity, route structure, responsive frontend, and archive adaptation. It shows how a restaurant website can have an individual personality while remaining useful for a quick menu or visit decision. No live restaurant launch, sales results, or conversion improvement is claimed.

Scope & evidence
