Decide what the analysis should notice
A sentiment score is only useful when the underlying themes fit the question. I shaped culture and values topics, refined query language and challenged missing or duplicated concepts.

Keep interpretation connected to evidence
The archive includes original and modified Qualtrics topic models alongside Spotlight query revisions. This establishes concrete taxonomy work while leaving analytical accuracy as a separate validation question.
Scope & evidence
Recovered topic-model JSON and query revisions support the design work. Improved classification accuracy or a complete Qualtrics deployment was not independently measured.
