Music tools & local AI

ScoreForge

Connect instrument extraction, notation and rehearsal in a private music workspace, with heavier processing handled on a local server.

01

Start with the musician’s next step

The product brings recorded music, selected instrument parts, notation and rehearsal into a connected workflow. The goal is to make a recording something a musician can work with.

02

Move demanding work to the local system

The current architecture uses NAS storage and native local inference with separate application, processing and database services. Earlier cloud/browser approaches are part of the development history rather than the current architecture.

03

Make quality a product question

A reachable application does not establish musical accuracy. Retained extraction notes distinguish implemented processing from listening, notation and rehearsal acceptance. Those distinctions keep the case study grounded in what the product can demonstrate.

Scope & evidence

The NAS application and its worker/database services were observed running. Instrument-extraction documentation records capabilities and limits; this portfolio review did not certify transcription quality or the full musician workflow.
